Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Growth Manager to own the scaling of a leading mobile game portfolio and act as the Head of Marketing alongside the General Manager. You will leverage our Performance Marketing engine and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance further, ramping up in user acquisition and ad-creative strategy in the first 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole).
• 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing.
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
• Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA and non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize resource impact.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.
