Job summary

Scale Army Careers is seeking a Marketing Analyst to translate day-to-day business questions into structured analyses and actionable reporting. You will own recurring reports, maintain dashboards, and query data on top of an established data foundation to inform stakeholders.

The role is fully remote and open to LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe, with U.S. business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) required for client alignment. Proficiency in SQL, Sigma, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting.
• Ability to structure analyses from broad questions.
• Experience with Sigma preferred; Tableau transferable.
• Salesforce reporting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with central data/analytics teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn questions into structured, well-reasoned analyses.
• Own recurring reports and dashboards.
• Maintain dashboards, layouts, and visualizations.
• Query datasets with SQL and explore data models.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and help stakeholders interpret results.
