Job summary

You will translate complex requirements into architectures, lead workstreams with minimal supervision, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering in a consulting, data, or software delivery environment.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing production-grade solutions in a modern technology stack (Python, SQL, dbt, React, Vue, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong proficiency in at least one core engineering domain (software/application, data, or cloud engineering).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles – version control, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into clear technical specifications or architecture diagrams.
• Hands on experience with system integration, APIs, or data pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver technical workstreams independently.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset within cross-functional and client-facing environments.
• Commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Experience working in agile or iterative project environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable technical solutions for client and internal projects.
• Translate business and/or functional requirements into sound engineering designs.
• Own the delivery of well-defined technical components or workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems and environments.
• Evaluate technical options and recommend effective solutions that balance performance, cost, and maintainability.
• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements and validate assumptions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to client-facing deliverables, such as design documents, demos, and presentations.
• Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and other members of the consulting team to deliver integrated solutions.
• Follow and help enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and security guidelines.
• Ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.
