Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Manager for Data Center Site Strategy and Portfolio Development in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and consultants; recruitment and mentoring of direct reports.
• Build trust with clients, local communities and regulatory entities.
• Support identification and evaluation of land opportunities aligned with long-term data center growth.
• Accountable for overall results of projects, budgets and schedules.
• Lead due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes.
• Identify and deliver risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Foster accountability, innovation, and open communication.
• Train and deploy AI4Eng PM platforms.
