The Ladders is seeking a Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites, to guide siting strategy for data center growth. This remote role targets U.S.-based opportunities and partners with clients, local entities, and cross-functional teams to drive due diligence, zoning, and infrastructure readiness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while fostering accountability and innovation.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in land development or project management is essential.
• Knowledge of environmental assessments and zoning regulations is preferred.
• Experience with data center siting and hyperscale projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
• Build rapport with clients and local entities.
• Evaluate land opportunities for data center growth.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and schedules.
• Oversee due diligence, zoning, permitting and infra readiness.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Foster accountability and innovation.
