Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Manager for Data Center Site Strategy and Portfolio Development to join our high-performance data center team. You will plan, direct, and execute multiple medium-to-large scale projects supporting land development for next-generation digital infrastructure.

This role offers remote flexibility across the US with occasional travel and preferred in-office collaboration when possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 8 years of land development, infrastructure, or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead cross-functional teams including engineers, planners and consultants.
• Build trust with clients, communities and regulatory entities.
• Lead due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement and offsite infrastructure efforts.
• Drive program governance, budgets and schedules for multiple projects.
