Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Manager for Data Center Site Strategy and Portfolio Development to drive planning, directing, and executing multiple projects that support land development for next-gen digital infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules while promoting innovation and accountability within a global data center practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
• Licensed professional engineer or land planner preferred.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, planners, and consultants.
• Develop client relationships with communities and regulatory bodies.
• Identify land opportunities supporting long-term data center growth.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet project goals.
• Oversee due diligence, zoning, permitting, and entitlement work.
• Deploy AI4Eng platform as part of project delivery.
