Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in site selection and data center or infrastructure development.
• Proven track record in real estate negotiations and contract formation.
• Experience representing interests to government and utility stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing large real estate development projects.
• Ability to communicate complex details across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in financial modeling for data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop site selection strategies for data centers in assigned geographies.
• Lead negotiations with service providers, property owners, and economic development agencies.
• Negotiate letters of intent and site-specific agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and finance.
• Prepare and present project location recommendations to management.
• Track portfolio management metrics for ongoing projects.
• Maintain strong community relationships to support site development efforts.
