Job summary

Meta Data Center Development Manager role to join the Global Site Development org, driving entitlements and diligence for future buildouts. Qualifications

• 5+ years of site development or large-scale infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience coordinating with internal staff, external consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Google Suite, Excel, PPT) and software.

Responsibilities

• Drive entitlements process (zoning, permits) to meet project timelines.
• Lead diligence and development to vet sites and assess risks and opportunities.
• Organize communications and scalable processes for on-time delivery with stakeholders.
• Support site selection, design, construction, and portfolio strategy.
• Track site development and manage agreements across a portfolio.
