Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive Data Centre opportunities across multiple states. The role focuses on selling Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Breakers, Disconnectors, and Instrument Transformers, with emphasis on customer relationships and strategic growth. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Successful candidates will have 10+ years in direct or channel sales within data center markets, engineering background, and proven program leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in Data Centre industry and electrical equipment preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Established project/program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Centre key accounts and develop opportunities across multiple states.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Grid Solutions Power Transmission products and services.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Own forecasting of orders, margins, and sales.
• Develop strategic customer relationships with key decisions makers.
• Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.
• Lead written strategies for pursuing Data Centre opportunities.
• Provide market feedback on pricing and competition.
• Perform periodic account reviews with management.
