Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a detail‑oriented project administrator to support capital programs and large construction initiatives. You will handle document control, meeting coordination, and reporting across project teams, vendors, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project administration, strong Microsoft Office and collaboration tool skills, and an interest in growing into project controls or management roles. Some in-person collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience.
• 3+ years of project administration or coordination experience.
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with document control platforms such as Procore, Kahua, e-Builder, Primavera Unifier, Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide project administration, document coordination, meeting support, reporting assistance, action tracking, and team logistics.
• Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes.
• Track action items, manage deliverable logs, and support stakeholder communications.
• Maintain organized project files, registers, trackers, contact lists, and distribution lists.
• Manage calendars, correspondence records, and standardized templates.
• Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Support risk and issue tracking, procurement trackers, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate document control activities for RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change requests, and permits.
• Track open actions and follow up with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive timely completion.
• Assist project managers with invoice routing, expense documentation, onboarding logistics, travel coordination, and provide detail‑oriented support during high‑volume delivery phases.
