Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced project manager to lead data center construction projects within its Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.

You will oversee schedules, risk management, and ensure alignment of design, scope, and execution. The role offers hybrid work with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a data center or critical environment.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery.
• Experience working with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders across data center projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall communication strategy throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for complex data center builds.
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Support estimating, procurement, and bid strategy for data center opportunities.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives for mission-critical environments.
• Ensure alignment between design, scope, and execution strategy for data center delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive accountability across teams.
