Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Data Center Industry Program Manager. You will serve as an Owner's Representative, overseeing capital projects from planning through handover and guiding teams to meet client goals, budgets, and schedules.

You'll lead planning, delivery, and program tool development, building strong client relationships and presenting insights to executives. This role requires extensive data center experience, strong communication, and contract proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree.
• 10+ years experience in the data center industry including strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• 15+ years of progressive experience.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital projects.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.
• Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, and other capital projects platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner's Representative overseeing capital projects from planning through handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery activities aligned with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance.
• Develop and implement program tools, processes, and initiatives for operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present updates to executives.
• Monitor program performance, assess client needs, and recommend scalable solutions.
