Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our data center team. This is a remote position with occasional travel for client visits. You will develop schedules, analyze critical paths, track progress, and communicate schedule status to project managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project scheduling, preferably within data center construction or large-scale capital projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; PSP or PMI-SP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, logic-driven, and resource-loaded project schedules.
• Analyze critical path updates, track schedule progress, and evaluate scheduling scenarios.
• Communicate schedule status to project managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and negotiate project schedules and dependencies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Identify and proactively address project risks, resolving scheduling challenges.
