Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking an experienced Data Center Integrated Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for NA data center deployments. You will coordinate across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, delivering visibility into timelines and risks.

The role requires 5–10 years in large-scale scheduling, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong CPM knowledge. Remote-ready candidates may be considered; multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). Knowledge of CPM, and ability to read construction documents.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path methodology.
• Ability to analyze schedule data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development & Maintenance: Create and update detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning using tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Schedule Analysis & Reporting: Track progress, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Highlight critical path activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Risk Identification: Identify schedule risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on timelines and dependencies.
• Process Improvement: Support development of scheduling standards, templates, and best practices to improve predictability and efficiency.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
• Critical Path Analysis: Utilize the Critical Path Method (CPM) to identify task dependencies and the critical sequence of activities.
