Job summary

Poutrix is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our data center team. This remote role requires strong technical and organizational skills and a focus on large-scale construction projects.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of project scheduling experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position offers a salary range of $135,000 to $165,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center construction or large-scale capital projects.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in a client-facing or on-site client team environment is preferred.
• Currently holds or is interested in obtaining certifications such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project schedules.
• Build detailed, logic-driven and resource-loaded schedules.
• Analyze critical path updates and track schedule progress.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders.
• Identify and address project risks.
• Collect and record real-time schedule data.
