Qualifications

• Deep program scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Analysis of large data sets for capital construction programs to ensure resources are fully utilized.
• Ability to produce comprehensive schedule reports with BP systems and contractor data.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs.
• Provide recommendations and resolutions based on analysis.
• Analyze large volumes of data for Arcadis's key technology client.
• Present analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to ensure on-time delivery and consistency between cost control, planning, and estimating.
• Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes for global data center programs.
• Manage scheduling functions such as baselines, progress measurement, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Identify process improvements using software tools and automation.
• Support cost and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule development and reporting.
