Job summary

Otak is hiring a remote Project Manager to lead multiple data center construction projects across the United States. You will manage greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit work, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to drive milestones and successful outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in data center construction and Owner's Representative experience, with an engineering degree. A PE/RA is a plus, and travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center construction environments
• Owner's Representative experience for complex projects
• Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Construction
• PE or RA a plus; PMP/CMIT a plus; OSHA 10

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent data center construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee greenfield, brownfield, retrofit projects across all design/construction phases
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors
• Facilitate problem-solving and adoption of new equipment and processes
• Provide design and construction coordination aligning with client goals
• Oversee project delivery across the Americas ensuring quality and consistency
• Build strong client and partner relationships to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with Otak team to improve efficiency and delivery
