F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to maintain accurate project data, trackers, and documentation across data center commissioning projects in the United States. You will support Technical Project Managers with reliable information and routine status reporting.

This role emphasizes data entry discipline, milestone tracking, and preparing concise summaries while following established templates and standards. Remote-friendly with occasional travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with data entry, trackers, and documentation in a project setting.
• Ability to learn new systems and follow defined processes within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate project data in trackers, dashboards, and shared files.
• Update milestones, schedules, and status based on source information.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project-data packages for TPM review.
• Support billing readiness and project closeout through organized documentation.
• Draft routine project updates and follow-up communications for TPM review.
