Job summary

Smartlink is seeking a Data Center Project Coordinator to direct project activities within a defined scope, remotely. You will create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, manage documents, and coordinate project administration under the Data Center Manager's guidance.

The role requires coordinating with teams, tracking orders, maintaining billing processes, and resolving discrepancies. A two-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1-2 years in a technical field preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numeracy skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with drafting and issuing project proposals, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and preliminary schedules.
• Track receipt and expiration of client purchase orders; report outstanding items.
• Maintain vendor files and documentation per policies.
• Document and maintain billing procedures for each client account.
• Research and resolve Accounts Receivable discrepancies.
• Keep managers informed of project progress and issues.
• Coordinate project administration and communication within scope.
• Share ideas for process improvements.
