Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics or related analytical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong database management and data governance experience.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate actionable insights.
• Experience reconciling information across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio data management across multiple systems with accuracy and transparency.
• Track and report milestones through the full development lifecycle.
• Design and maintain dashboards and portfolio views using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Translate data into concise insights for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate information and ensure a single source of truth.
• Support planning, forecasting, and executive reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools and data governance practices.
• Develop portfolio standards and maintain documentation for scalability.
