Job summary

Experis is seeking a Data Center Business Intelligence Analyst (Real Estate/Construction) to join our client’s Land Development and Site Services team. Remote, with Redmond, WA as a focus location, you will translate portfolio data into clear insights and support regional delivery.

The role requires 3–5+ years in portfolio analytics and strong Excel/Power BI skills to create dashboards and reports, driving data-driven decisions across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, data management, or BI for real estate/construction.
• Strong knowledge of database management and structured data tracking.
• Ability to translate complex portfolio data into narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building dashboards and reports; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with real estate/infrastructure lifecycles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end land development delivery across internal Land Acquisition, Engineering and Design, Utility, Fiber, Environmental, and Construction teams and key external partners.
• Provide portfolio data management, analytics, reporting, and operational support to ensure accurate, consistent, and transparent portfolio information across multiple project phases, systems, and geographies.
• Manage and maintain portfolio data across multiple databases and reporting tools, ensuring completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Track and maintain key data points across the real estate development lifecycle, from right of entry and due diligence through acquisition/control, entitlements, permitting, civil construction and land disturbance, vertical construction, and transition to operational status.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and portfolio views that provide visibility into project status, milestone achievement, schedule performance, portfolio health, risks, and emerging trends.
