F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead data center commissioning, startup, and service projects. You will own stakeholder communications, execution planning, scheduling, risk management, and closeout from mobilization to customer acceptance.

A technical background helps you understand field conditions and speak credibly with technical stakeholders, customers, and OEM partners. This role emphasizes communication, de-escalation, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PM contact for assigned projects and maintain consistent communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings with clear agendas, accurate status, decisions, actions, and timely follow-through.
• Recognize conflicts early; listen, clarify facts, reduce tension, and define a mutual path forward.
• Communicate technical, schedule, resource, and commercial impacts clearly without overpromising.
• Escalate appropriately while owning project impact and final resolution.
• Establish and maintain the project execution plan, master schedule, milestones, dependencies, and look-ahead plan.
• Identify risks early, establish mitigation actions, and drive closure.
• Coordinate quality, turnover documentation, customer acceptance, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Sales Project Managers to ensure continuity from commercial handoff through field execution.
