Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Data Center Infrastructure Engineering and Manufacturing. The TPM will coordinate large-scale programs, manage risks, and align cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain from RFP to NPI completion.

The role requires 8+ years in data center programs, expertise in mechanical systems, and strong communication with customers and stakeholders. Remote or Austin-based with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data center and/or industrial technical program management experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and integration strategy.
• 5+ years of project management experience including scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk and critical path management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to leadership and partners on program status, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Display in-depth knowledge of data center power distribution, cooling and related systems.
• Act as technical advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and propose feasible solutions.
• Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies among them.
• Drive decisions with stakeholders and remove roadblocks to resolve customer issues.
• Mentor junior project managers as needed.
• Collaborate with factory-based PMs to support from RFP through NPI completion of FWT.
