Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. This role coordinates across ecosystem entities, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and issues resolved before delivery.

You will oversee mobilization, kickoff, governance, and reporting, while managing risks and schedules. Requires 8–10+ years in program management within data centers and EPC environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in program or project management for data center development, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy or EPC environments.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, or delivery partners within a single program.
• Strong understanding of program execution, schedule management, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and phase-gate readiness.
• Experience from planning through mobilization, through execution and closeout with incomplete information and sound decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across executive, operational and field stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution against master program schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across ecosystem entities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between the PMO and field delivery teams.
• Facilitate working sessions to keep projects aligned and decisions moving forward.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution and governance reporting.
• Support mobilization, kickoff planning, and governance with stakeholders and leaders.
