Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Project Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) for a fully remote role with up to 75% travel. You will lead commissioning activities on data center projects, perform site observations, and work with design and operations teams to ensure quality and performance.

Required: 2+ years in data center commissioning, travel willingness, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center commissioning experience (Electrical/Mechanical).
• Willing to travel up to 75% for project work (expenses paid).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observations and review contract documents.
• Develop functional test plans and execute tests for mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Assist in managing data center projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule.
