Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 10 years of total experience in mechanical engineering with 5 years in data centers.
• PE License required.
• Strong coordination and team building skills; ability to work across disciplines and teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, budgets and quality of deliverables; define scope of work with Project Managers.
• Hire and develop staff; promote professional development and training opportunities.
• Lead marketing efforts and business planning; develop client relationships and proposals.
• Assign resources and manage staffing projections; approve timesheets and expenses.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and sign off on engineering documents.
