Job summary

BMO is seeking a Lead Data Business Analyst to support the Global Asset Management data initiatives within Investment Solutions and Delivery. The role focuses on end-to-end data solutions, from requirements through testing and implementation, enabling timely, data-driven investment decisions.

You will collaborate with Investment Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to translate objectives into testable data requirements, perform profiling, validation, and deliver dashboards and reports

Qualifications

• Leads requirements gathering and documents BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Documents data lineage, data flows, and operational procedures; maintains end-to-end traceability.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of data-centric investment solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Design reports and dashboards in Power BI and other tools; create training materials.
