Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead delivery within the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO). You will translate strategic priorities into defined outcomes, manage the JIRA backlog, and drive executive updates with a product mindset.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, governance, risk, and vendor teams, applying data-management concepts, APIs, cloud services, and data quality principles to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Data Management, CS, Engineering, or related field.
3-5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product delivery, data management, or technology delivery.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Own effective JIRA board management with a prioritized backlog and clear acceptance criteria.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, status reviews and cross-team dependency discussions.
Develop executive-ready updates connecting delivery progress to product outcomes.
Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings.
Lead stakeholder forums and communicate risks, decisions, and dependencies to leadership.
Coordinate system integration testing, UAT, and post-production validation.
