Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Data Architect to shape data strategy using Medallion Architecture and govern data assets across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to model data from unstructured sources into clean, usable structures and design the data warehouse taxonomy and governance framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Proven experience with data modeling from unstructured data.
• Deep knowledge of Medallion Architecture.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with taxonomy creation.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with schema architecture and relational/dimensional modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and define data strategy using Medallion Architecture in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Model data from unstructured sources into clean, usable structures.
• Design governance data architecture and canonical taxonomy for the data warehouse.
• Define transformation logic to ensure downstream consumers rely on data assets.
