Job summary

Hone Health seeks an experienced Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer to design a medallion data architecture using dbt and Microsoft Fabric, building robust ingestion pipelines and enabling self-serve analytics.

You will establish data governance, lineage, documentation, and quality checks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions in a remote-first, fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with dbt, SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience in building data architectures, specifically medallion architectures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platform technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build medallion architecture in dbt and Microsoft Fabric to enhance data analytics capabilities.
• Create and maintain data ingestion pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration.
