Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Data & Analytics Leader to champion enterprise analytics strategy and lead a multi-year roadmap across ERAC. You will build governance, empower self-service data products, and drive data-driven decision making in a complex, high-impact environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence executives without formal authority. Remote work is supported with a relocation note for potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern analytics and data platforms (Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, Purview, Copilot, Python, SQL, ML concepts).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with communication and influence across all levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and connect with executives.

Responsibilities

• Guide evolution of ERAC’s data & analytics strategy across the organization to deliver initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Advocate data as a strategic asset to improve decision-making, competitiveness, and revenue/efficiency opportunities.
• Deliver data products with self-service capabilities to support strategic planning and execution.
• Establish and lead data governance and stewardship aligned with AI readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a data-driven culture through self-service analytics and data literacy.
