Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an experienced IT leader to create and execute regional IT solutions using data, insights and digital tools to unlock growth and improve outcomes for customers and employees.

Responsibilities include leading regional IT projects, mentoring teams, and partnering with global IT to drive the strategy, with a focus on KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Visualization or IT.
• Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Create or leverage contemporary technology solutions that enable business and enterprise outcomes.
• Lead regional IT projects in alignment with global IT strategy and provide leadership and coaching to teams.
• Act as mentor, project manager, business analyst and advisor to IT and business process owners during and after implementations.
• Develop and lead IT vision and execution for the region and drive business value realization.
• Partner with global teams to enable and execute regional solutions and best practices.
• Build KPI dashboards and data visualizations, synthesize insights, and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of products, programs or projects with upfront client engagement.
• Manage supplier relationships and both onshore/offshore IT resources to maintain quality and cost discipline.
