Job summary

Yazio is seeking a senior analytics lead to guide squad analytics and be the hands-on monetization analyst. The role blends leadership with technical work across product squads, focusing on data quality and revenue optimization.

You'll split time between leading analysts and performing monetization analytics, including tracking new features, experiments, and reporting, while ensuring data produced by product and engineering teams remains reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analysts in a mobile product squad.
• Strong SQL and Python coding skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Establishing and maintaining a data quality regime.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts embedded in our product squads.
• Own monetization analytics including tracking for new features and experiments.
• Set the example for how the work gets done and problem solving approach.
• Define data quality testing across raw data, transformed data and reporting.
• Move data ownership upstream to the teams producing it.
• Own the path from raw event data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in our self-service BI tool.
• Contribute to the data strategy for squad analytics used by PMs and engineering managers.
