Job summary
Allied Benefit Systems is seeking a Supervisor of Data Analytics and Reporting in Chicago to lead a team delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and data infrastructure support. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in data analytics with leadership potential.
- Experience with data warehouses, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
- Strong data modeling and ETL/ELT knowledge.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve reports, dashboards, and data outputs.
- Lead QA and validation for data accuracy.
- Manage analytics projects including data modeling and KPI development.
- Translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Mentor analysts and drive reporting standards and governance.
- Modernize the reporting stack and enable self-service.
