ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Solution Sales Executive - Data & Analytics for Healthcare (Payer) in the AMS region. You will own end-to-end D&A sales cycles, partnering with core account executives to close opportunities and drive ongoing adoption across healthcare payer accounts.

You will articulate the value of the D&A portfolio, engage with CDAO-level leaders and data executives, and lead strategic account plans to position ServiceNow as a foundational element in clients’ AI and data strategies.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of field sales experience with an emphasis on D&A sales, or AI-adjacent solutions preferred.
• Technical fluency in AI, Data and Analytics, to present, demo and lead credible discovery with executives and data leaders.
• Experience selling analytics or BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Qlik, Oracle Analytics) or depth in modern data platforms, cloud data warehousing, data integration and governance.
• Experience with consumption-based models and driving growth after the first sale.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, platform, use cases and target buyers is a huge plus.
• A self-starter mindset, hands-on, leader in fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end D&A sales cycles as a co-prime with the core account executive, from opportunity creation through close and ongoing adoption.
• Own and sell the full D&A portfolio across assigned accounts.
• Develop strategic D&A account plans to position ServiceNow D&A solutions as foundational to a customer’s AI and data strategy.
• Lead discovery, value-based conversations, technical presentations, and demos with data, analytics, and AI leaders.
• Develop relationships with customer technology and data executives at CDAOs and CIOs to increase awareness and influence.
