Job summary

JFC Staffing Companies in the Harrisburg area is seeking a Reporting/Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across business and operational teams.

You will partner with leaders to define metrics, analyze data, and translate findings into clear business takeaways, building Power BI dashboards and reports. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as CS, statistics, data engineering or business.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting/data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, Excel and related Microsoft technologies.
• Preferred: exposure to using AI tools in analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and front-line teams to understand reporting needs and define metrics/KPIs.
• Analyze operational and utilization data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts (Power BI and Microsoft reporting stack).
• Translate findings into clear business stories leaders can act on.
• Manage a portfolio of recurring reporting plus ad hoc analysis.
• Support break/fix and enhancements for existing reporting assets.
• Contribute to data quality, governance, documentation, and analytics best practices.
