Job summary

MEM Insurance is seeking a Product Owner – Data & Analytics who can bridge business needs and technical teams to deliver data products, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities that empower better decision-making across MEM.

In this remote role, you\'ll collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders, maintain a prioritized product backlog, define user stories, support governance, and champion a data-driven culture while coordinating occasional travel to the MEM Home

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business analysis, systems analysis, product ownership, or a related role.
• Experience in Agile or product-centric environments preferred.
• Experience supporting data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business stakeholders and Data & Analytics teams, ensuring clear requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog for data products and analytics enhancements.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile ceremonies and monitor progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to ensure feasible solutions.
