Job summary
StarRez is seeking a Product Manager, Data & Analytics to define and execute strategy for data, analytics, and AI capabilities of our platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, and business leaders to deliver customer-focused solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
In this role you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery, lead initiatives from discovery to launch, and shape how AI and intelligent automation enhance the StarRez
Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Experience owning SaaS, platform, or data-focused products with measurable impact.
- Able to translate customer and technical needs into clear product strategy and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
- Experience using research, analytics, experimentation, and metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience partnering with Engineering to deliver scalable software.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve long-term product strategy and roadmap for data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and improvement with clear success metrics.
- Collaborate with customers, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to translate insights into scalable solutions.
- Use research, analytics, experimentation, and market trends to prioritize investments.
- Drive adoption and business outcomes by delivering products that improve decision-making and efficiency.
