Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Data and Analytics to shape the organization’s data strategy and analytics direction. This role leads platform strategy, governance, and self‑service capabilities to drive enterprise insights and operational impact.

You will partner with executives to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, oversee a small analytics team, and propel adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services. Remote US‑based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Hands‑on with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure services, SQL.
• Experience integrating ERP systems into analytics environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and master data management.
• Strong business communication and change leadership in manufacturing/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and success measures.
• Lead the architecture and support of scalable data platforms and reporting solutions.
• Advance Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services as core capabilities.
• Integrate ERP and other applications for reliable information delivery.
• Translate business needs into practical analytics solutions with executives.
• Establish data governance, quality, security, and documentation standards.
• Lead a small analytics team while contributing to technical delivery and issue resolution.
• Build data literacy and promote self-service analytics through training.
