Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Data and Analytics to shape the organization’s data strategy and analytics direction. This role leads platform strategy, governance, and self‑service capabilities to drive enterprise insights and operational impact.

You will partner with executives to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, oversee a small analytics team, and propel adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services. Remote US‑based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Hands‑on with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure services, SQL.
• Experience integrating ERP systems into analytics environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and master data management.
• Strong business communication and change leadership in manufacturing/distribution.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Data and Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will shape the organization’s data and analytics direction, with a focus on turning information into reliable, scalable business insight. The role will guide platform strategy, analytics delivery, and governance practices that support better decisions across the enterprise. It will also partner closely with executives and business stakeholders to strengthen data literacy, self-service capabilities, and operational impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually.
