Job summary

JLL is seeking a Professional, Data Analysis in India to support worldwide land cost tracking and reporting using Smart Sheets.

Responsibilities include refining cost dashboards, building reports, and providing insights for site changes, rents, and capital projects. Proficiency with MS Office is required, and candidates should be able to work in Eastern Time and remotely or in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Smart Sheets for cost tracking and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze worldwide land cost tracking and reporting in Smart Sheets.
• Develop and refine site cost reports and dashboards.
• Support business cases for site changes including rents and capital projects.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly cost and usage reports.
• Create and manage P.O. reporting to suppliers.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide forward-looking insights.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
