Job summary

Expion Health is building the future of pharmacy economics and is seeking an Analyst, Production Support. You will be the first line of defense for production data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting environments relied on daily by teams and clients.

You will monitor, triage, and resolve issues across Qlik, Snowflake, and MySQL platforms, collaborating with data engineers, Qlik developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to fix issues quickly and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production support or data operations, or 2+ years with a Master's degree.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or QlikView, including load scripts and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and MySQL, with data validation and query optimization.
• Python scripting for automation and data tooling (pandas, requests, etc.).
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipeline architecture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents across Qlik dashboards and pipelines.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and document findings.
• Maintain Snowflake Snowpipes, streams, tasks, and stored procedures.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across MySQL and Snowflake.
• Develop Python scripts for automated validation and lightweight ETL tasks.
• Collaborate with Qlik developers to troubleshoot dashboards and data models.
• Contribute to runbooks and improve monitoring and reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical alerts.
