Job summary

You will develop operational analytics, integrate data, and support lightweight data engineering tasks. You will use BI tools to tell data stories for stakeholders and collaborate to refine processes for scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Expert SQL and Python proficiency required.
• Experience with DBT and data transformation tools.
• Strong BI skills with Tableau/Metabase; AWS or cloud data experience.
• 5-8 years in quantitative analytics on large healthcare data.
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational analytics using claims and member data to surface trends.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified reporting datasets.
• Support lightweight data engineering tasks including DAGs and automated ingestions.
• Use BI tools to tell data stories and measure program efficacy.
• Collaborate across teams to refine data processes and enable scalability.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to evaluate care management and population health programs.
