Job summary

PAA is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Operations team and bring analytical rigor to client performance on the Anna platform. You will work with Client Success and Operations to translate large, varied datasets into actional insights, from quarterly business reviews to network expansion opportunities.

You will build reusable data assets, partner on analytical standards, and influence data-driven decision making across post-acute care clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on data analyst experience with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, joins, and windows.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis.
• Data visualization in Tableau/Power BI/Looker or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance against contractual goals, KPIs, and benchmarks on the Anna platform.
• Build reporting views for Client Success leaders and account owners.
• Surface leading indicators of client risk or opportunity before escalations.
• Support QBRs, executive reviews, and internal planning with reliable analytics.
• Turn messy datasets into actionable insights and reusable data assets.
