Job summary

Centene is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze large healthcare datasets and drive insights that reduce cost and improve outcomes. You will work with stakeholders to identify value, develop solutions, and deliver reports using SAS, SQL, Python, and Power BI.

You will analyze multiple data sources, automate processes, and present findings to leadership while supporting customers and partners. The role offers flexible work arrangements and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years handling large databases and data management.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Python or R, and Power BI preferred.
• Healthcare analytics knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data from claims, provider, member and encounters sources.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and reports (SQL, Excel, analytics tools).
• Plan and execute large projects with limited direction from leadership.
• Design, test, and implement process improvements and automation.
• Identify data irregularities and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights to non-technical partners.
