Rightway is a company focused on care navigation and healthcare outcomes. This role owns data analysis to demonstrate impact for clients and strategic partners, delivering complex analytics and data-driven insights within the analytics ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Develop operational analytics using eligibility, medical claims, and member interaction data to surface trends and opportunities for care navigation improvements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to build unified reporting datasets for internal and client needs.
- Support lightweight data engineering tasks such as DAG development, automated file ingestion, and report delivery controls.
- Use BI and visualization tools to tell data stories and measure program efficacy for stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine data processes and support scalability.
- Provide ad hoc and strategic analyses to evaluate care management and population health program performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Expert SQL and relational database proficiency, plus scripting with Python.
- Experience with version control and SQL/Python based transformation tools like DBT.
- Strong BI skills with Tableau, Metabase or similar tools; cloud data experience (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of medical claims data and 5-8 years in quantitative analytics for large healthcare datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document requirements and present insights to executives.
