Job summary

Pantheon Data is seeking a Data Analyst to support federal programs by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive mission-critical decisions. This role requires expertise in analytics, data governance, and federal compliance standards, with collaboration across government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will develop dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, implement data quality checks, and mentor junior staff while handling sensitive but unclassified information

Qualifications

• 8 years of analytics experience in data analysis, BI, or data science roles.
• Experience working in FAR-regulated federal contracting environments.
• Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and federal data security standards.
• Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of data analytics strategies for federal programs.
• Perform statistical modeling, forecasting, and data mining on large datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for diverse audiences.
• Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA/NIST).
• Present findings to government clients and translate results into operational recommendations.
• Oversee data ETL processes and implement data quality checks.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage analytics workstreams.
