You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with government stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while implementing automated data workflows. A strong background in security and data privacy is required.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of analytics experience in data analysis, BI, or data science roles.
• Expert SQL proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with federal contracting and FAR-regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and federal data security standards.
• Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with federal program objectives.
• Perform statistical modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, and data mining on large datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST, agency requirements).
• Present findings to government clients and translate results into operational recommendations.
• Oversee ETL processes and implement data quality checks and validation procedures.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage analytics workstreams; contribute to planning and documentation.
• Develop automated workflows using Python, R, SQL to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain strict adherence to federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements (SBU/CUI).
