Job summary

TRG Tech Research Group Limited is seeking a full-time remote Data & AI Technical Lead to co-own the technical architecture and system design, lead the development of data and AI flows, and drive technical initiatives from design through production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, uphold engineering standards, and ensure high-quality code and documentation practices while delivering scalable data pipelines and AI integrations across our platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with data pipelines and AI integrations.
• Data architecture experience, including schema design and pipeline architecture.
• Solid understanding of AI systems design, particularly with LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or equivalent for backend and API development.
• Experience in designing and operating event-driven architectures in production.

Responsibilities

• Co-own technical architecture and system design with the Principal Data Engineer, covering data pipelines and AI flows.
• Lead the design and implementation of data ingestion, transformation, and consumption processes across systems.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards, ensuring high-quality code and documentation practices.
